Right Side Custom Lures ships nationwide from Mississippi. Here's everything you need to know.

Build & Lead Times

Every lure is built to order — nothing is pre-made. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit. During peak season (spring and fall) lead times may extend to 4–6 weeks. You'll receive an accurate estimate when your quote is sent.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Packaging

Every lure is individually wrapped and packed in a rigid box to prevent damage in transit. Hooks are covered for safety. Gift orders receive special packaging with a handwritten note if requested.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number within your estimated ship window, reach out and we'll check on it personally.

International Shipping

International orders are available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and get a shipping quote for your country.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos. We'll work with you to make it right — either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
